DIRECTIONS:

It is important to chew the tablet(s) in a clean mouth, free of food, beverages and toothpaste. Take separately from other medications. Adults under 180 lbs, take one tablet at bedtime. Adults over 180 lbs, take 2 tablets at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 4 years of age. Children 4 to 12 years of age, take one-half tablet at bedtime.

WARNINGS:

If symptoms persist for more than one week or worsen, discontinue use or consult your physician. If you experience periods of time when you stop breathing while asleep, or fall asleep at inappropriate times, this abnormal breathing pattern along with snoring may be an indication of sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition for which you should consult your physician. Keep this and all medicine out of the reach of children. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health care professional before using this product.
